-1.15 Vs for all aeroplanes

Ich habe mir aber aufgeschrieben (und davor gibts auch 2 Fragen dazu dort war es richtig):

V2 min für 2/3 engine turboprops = Vs x 1,2
V2 min für more than 3 engined turboprobs = Vs x 1,15

Vrs finde ich nirgends erklärt, google spuckt auf die schnelle "reference stall speed" aus. In meinem Ordner für Flugleistung findet sich auch nirgends Vsr

Hat jmd ne Erklärung?
